Things people often ask.

Everything you need to know about PrimeFish — from how we raise our fish to how delivery works.

Every PrimeFish is raised in rainwater-fed farms and harvested using the Japanese Ikejime method. It is processed at 4°C and vacuum-packed within hours, with the cold chain maintained all the way to your doorstep. Each fish comes with a QR code printed on its packaging.

Scan it to see exactly when your fish was harvested and packed, along with its best-before date for peak taste. Enjoy complete traceability, the same standard demanded by five-star kitchens.

As we farm the fish ourselves, our stock is currently limited. To ensure that more customers can enjoy PrimeFish, we have capped the maximum order size at six fish per order. We are actively setting up additional farms, and in due course, we will be able to remove this limit.

We currently deliver across Kochi (Ernakulam district). Enter your PIN code, and our team will confirm delivery via WhatsApp. Our delivery agent will bring your order directly to your doorstep. To maintain the cold chain, the fish is transported in a refrigerated container, so please ensure that someone is available at home at the agreed time to receive your PrimeFish.

You can pay online while placing your order using a debit card, credit card, or GPay. Alternatively, you can choose Cash on Delivery and pay the delivery agent upon receiving your PrimeFish, or make a payment via GPay using the link sent to you on WhatsApp after delivery.

Keep refrigerated at 4°C (39°F) or below. Do not freeze. The vacuum-sealed product stays fresh for up to 5 days, helping preserve its natural freshness, flavor, and quality.
